Meet Tasukete, a hotel messaging app designed to make life easier for international travelers. It's all about getting information from a hotel without the stress of language barriers or making phone calls.
Project Duration
This journey took about 4 months, from December 2022 to March 2023, as we set out to create a game-changing app for travelers around the world.
Problem
Travelers struggling to ask for help or get information when reaching out directly to a hotel. It was time to shake things up and make the process smoother.
The Goal
Build an app that lets users receive and process all the info they need with just one click. Tasukete is my answer to turning hotel communication into something easy and stress-free.

As the UX Designer and Researcher, I wore two hats to make sure our app was not only user-friendly but also tailored to what travelers really need.
